If a DMP file is moved into a new folder it will be possible to open the project from the new location.

The files associated to DMP file (DMIS file, report file etc) need to remain the original location since the DMP act a a "pointer" to those files.
If the files associated to an existing DMP are also moved into a new location, then the references will be lost and the project will not open.

To avoid such situation it is necessary to open the project in ARCO and then "Save As" each individual file from the project viewer, that will copy the individual files into a new location moving the full project in there.
