The External Macro File is a DMIS program that has “.DML” extension, begins with DMISMD/ and ends with ENDFIL/.

Inside of the file, the syntax is the same as a regular DMIS program but includes a series of MAcro that can be lately recalled by any program that Include the file Itself.
