Incremental Excel Output with Possibility of Adding Feature to Output or Change Feature Order during Output

Previously, in the Incremental Excel Output Format, the number of features present in the output was fixed when the file was created, after that, in order to add a new feature to the output, it was necessary to delete the file and create a new one; now, from version 3.6, it is now possible to add features without have to delete the original file: the new feature will be add without losing the previous data.
