Renaming a Feature, Tolerance or Reference System

In the Data Base Manager it possible to rename elements in the programs.
In order to activate this feature it is necessary to selected the element to be renamed and then, activating the context menu (Right Mouse Click), to choose the opnion Rename=.
The name change will be applied to the feature and to all its references in the DMIS program.
The elements that are possible to be renamed are:
- Features
- Tolerances
- Reference Systems
