Offline Driver

From 3.6 the old offline driver has been obsoleted and removed, it has been substituted with a new driver called "Metrostaff graphical simulator".

While upgrading a version prior to 3.6 to 3.6 versim , it is necessary to change the driver setting in Control Panel otherwise the open a a new project will lead to an error message.
