Hiding Message When Renishaw Component is not Found from Renishaw UCC Server

Using Renishaw Ucc Server it is possible (even if unlikely) to meet the case in which some graphical component are not synchronized with the Sensor Graphical library of ARCO, (the case might be a custom component).
In these cases ARCO will raise a message informing that the graphical component cannot be display, the users need to confirm that message in order to continue the execution.
The display of the message is governed by an entry in the WhiteStar.ini file as follow:

• Show warning message for missing components = 0 : the message will not be displayed
• Show warning message for missing components = 1 : the message will be displayed

The default value for this entry i set to 1.
