New Methodology for Create Output

The component "Output Viewer" is installed in the viewers containers in the left part of Arco main window: it boosts the creation of the reports by eliminating the need of manually open an output device from the Input/Output tab panel.
While measuring feature the output can be done on the fly and edit in the Output viewer prior to decide which will be the final report format, eventually, once the report document has been defined, the Output Viewer creates a Dmis output block, with all statement necessary to build the requested report.
